Imagine Cup Junior 2020 to wersja konkursu Imagine Cup, ale dla uczniów w wieku 13-18 lat i odbywa się po raz pierwszy w tym roku szkolnym.

What is Imagine Cup Junior?
Imagine Cup Junior 2020 provides students aged 13 to 18 the opportunity to learn about technology and how it can be used to positively change the world. In 2020, the global challenge is focused on Artificial Intelligence (AI), introducing students to AI andMicrosoft’s AI for Good initiatives so they can come up with ideas to solve social, cultural and environmental issues. It’s also a great opportunity to encourage students to develop and practice 21st century skills like communication, collaboration, critical thinking and creativity.
Team Participation
Educators can submit multiple team applications for their students, submissions must be an original solution that each team of three (3) to six (6) have created. For the submission to qualify for the 2020 Imagine Cup Junior, each application must comply with the challenge rules and regulations.

Build your project in a day
An exciting student ready challenge presentation with accompanying educator resources guiding them through building their project through to submission.
This will contain inspirational videos from the Microsoft AI team and Education team to guide the students as they build out their projects.
Stretch project
Build on Azure with the Wick editor, an opportunity for students to get hands on with Azure and bring their technology concept to life.
Challenge Recognition
We are excited to see the ideas students come up with, the top 3 submissions in each region will be announced in May 2020 and will receive a Windows 10 device each, an Imagine Cup Junior trophy and a group mentoring session with a Microsoft Vice President.

Challenge launched: 12 December 2019
Online submissions open: 3 February 2020
Submission deadline: 12.00 (GMT) 17 April 2020
Winners announced: 19 - 21 May 2020
